Body Imaging Fellowships

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center is a state of the art teaching hospital. All image interpretation is performed on our PACS workstations. We operate 6 multi-row helical CT scanners (4, 8 and 16 slices), 8 Acuson Sequoias and 3 clinical MR scanners (2 1.5T and 1 3.0T), a dedicated research 3T scanner, a clinical and a research PET/CT with cyclotron. 3D work stations (GE Advantage and Vitrea) are distributed throughout the department. In addition, major investments in new ambulatory and high-tech buildings and equipment will be ongoing for the next decade.

Recognizing the advances in residency training and the new demands placed on radiologists entering practice, we have designed new imaging fellowships to provide a contemporary, flexible, exciting and well-remunerated experience for fellows in a U.S.News & World Report Honor Roll Hospital located on the upper east side of Manhattan. Weill Cornell Body Fellowships include:

  • MRI
  • Body/MRI
  • Breast/Body/MRI
All body fellowships offer training in state-of-the-art imaging, flexibility in emphasis – including elective time, attending/appointment experience, and exceptional compensation.
