Application Process for Vascular Interventional Radiology Fellowship

Thank you for your interest in applying to our Vascular Interventional Radiology fellowship program at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital to start July 1, 2007. We participate in the Vascular Interventional Radiology fellowship match administered by the National Residency Match Program (NRMP). We will be using the universal fellowship application form designed by the Association of Program Directors in Radiology (downloadable at test.nrmp.org).

Applications

A completed application consists of the following documents:

  1. A completed fellowship application form accompanied by the following:
    • Your current C.V.
    • Copies of USMLE (Parts I, II, III)
    • A personal statement
    • Three letters of reference
  2. Please provide information on ABR Board Certification Status for written and oral exams.
  3. For foreign medical school graduates, please provide information on current VISA status. You should contact the NRMP office via e-mail as soon as possible to request application materials for the match.
  4. Please provide us with contact information including work phone, beeper number, and e-mail address and for the schedule of your interview.
